📱 Upload Menu & Photos
Good photos = More orders. Learn how to upload the right way.
Step 1: Prepare Your Menu
Before uploading, organize your menu:
- List all items you serve
- Group by category (Pizza, Pasta, Drinks, Desserts, etc)
- Set your FoodHub prices (usually 5-10% lower than Foodpanda)
- Take/find photos for each (see Photo Tips below)
- Write short, appetizing descriptions (2-3 sentences)
Step 2: Photo Requirements
📸 Perfect Photo Format
FoodHub automatically converts HEIC to JPG. Just upload your iPhone photos directly - no conversion needed!
Step 3: Photo Tips for More Orders
1. Good Lighting (Most Important)
Take photos in natural daylight near a window. Avoid harsh shadows. Bad lighting = customers skip your item.
2. Simple Background
Plain white or neutral background. No messy kitchen or busy tablecloths. Focus should be on the FOOD.
3. Food Looks Fresh & Appetizing
Garnish with fresh herbs. Add steam for hot food. Show the best angle. Make customers hungry.
4. Include Scale (Optional)
Hand, plate, or utensil in photo shows size. Example: burger with fries on plate shows portion.
5. Show Toppings/Ingredients
Pizza showing toppings. Burger showing cheese & patties. Pasta showing sauce. Real, not edited.
6. Consistency
All photos same style/background. Creates professional brand. Customers trust consistent presentation.
7. No Heavy Filters
Slight brightness/contrast OK. Heavy filters (Valencia, Nashvillhe, etc) = fake looking. Avoid.
8. Action Shots (Optional)
Customer enjoying food. Pizza fresh from oven. Coffee being poured. Creates emotion & desire.
