📖 Getting Started with FoodHub

Welcome to FoodHub! This guide will walk you through sign-up, setting up your restaurant, and launching your first orders.

Step 1: Sign Up (5 minutes)

  1. Visit foodhub.paulspeaks.com
  2. Click "Sign Up" button
  3. Enter your restaurant name
  4. Enter your phone number
  5. Set your password
  6. Click "Create Account"
💡 Tip: Use the phone number customers will call or text for orders

Step 2: Add Your Restaurant Info (10 minutes)

  1. Upload your restaurant logo (PNG or JPG, max 2MB)
  2. Enter your address
  3. Set your delivery radius (how far you deliver)
  4. Set your delivery fee (₱0 - ₱200)
  5. Choose your operating hours
  6. Save changes
💡 Tip: Accurate info = more orders. Double-check address & hours.

Step 3: Upload Your Menu (15 minutes)

  1. Click "Add Menu Items"
  2. For each item, add:
    • Item name (e.g., "Spaghetti Carbonara")
    • Price (your selling price)
    • Description (e.g., "Creamy pasta with bacon & egg")
    • Photo (best format: HEIC, JPG, or PNG)
    • Category (Pasta, Pizza, Drinks, etc)
  3. Click "Save Item"
  4. Repeat for all items
💡 Tip: Start with 10-15 best-selling items. Add more later.

Step 4: Go Live & Promote (5 minutes)

  1. Click "Go Live" button
  2. Share your unique FoodHub link with customers
  3. Post on your Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp status
  4. Text regular customers with your new link
  5. Monitor incoming orders
💡 Tip: Your FoodHub link never expires. Reuse it everywhere.

Step 5: Manage Orders (Ongoing)

  1. Orders appear in real-time when customers place them
  2. Confirm each order within 2 minutes
  3. Prepare the food
  4. Customer picks up OR you deliver
  5. Mark as "Delivered" when done
💡 Tip: Fast confirmation = happy customers = more orders.
